We project manage real estate projects for clients; commercial & residential. We develop our own projects, partner on developments, we assist in project fundraising, and we offer architectural and interior design services.

Corey Clark
Corey has a wide-range of expertise and the super-power of "creative wisdom" to add value to any project. He has been an entrepreneur since 2007 and has been a real estate developer since 2014. He's done small self-funded creative developments to a large project over $100mm. He has managed over $300mm of projects at one-time and over $400mm of project collectively in his career. His experience first started with adaptive reuse projects and tenant buildouts. Eventually he decided to get into residential projects and soon started to project manage some of the largest residential projects in the United States, including a $135mm private residence in Los Angeles.
